Working directly outside the front-end interface is always the top priority that Joomla brings to users. This tutorial will show you how to modify Joomla 4 modules via the frontend
In addition to articles, Joomla 4 allows to edit modules and menu items using frontend editing tool like as many pre Joomla version. In order to enable this option, you should follow the steps below:
Login to your Joomla dashboard.
Go to Global Configuration → Global Configuration
Under the "Site" tab, find the "Frontend Editing" option. Make sure you set it to either "Modules" or "Modules & Menus". As you can see on the screenshot below:
Click Save or Save & Close
Now login into the frontend of your site as a Super User. Place your mouse over the content until you see the "Edit module" icon.
Now you can update the module settings directly from the frontend
